Upskilling:

En español suele traducirse como actualización o perfeccionamiento de habilidades: reforzar y elevar competencias dentro del mismo rol o campo para trabajar mejor, más rápido o con herramientas más avanzadas.

Reskilling (recualificación):

Aprender habilidades para cambiar de rol o área.

Cross-skilling (competencias transversales / polivalencia):

Sumar habilidades laterales para colaborar mejor con otras áreas.

Regla Práctica:

Si deseas mejoras lo que ya haces: upskilling. | Si deseas prepararte/reinventarte para otro puesto: reskilling.
